Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.
In order to use the SMVS Parinay Service, you must register as a member on the mobile applications. SMVS Parinay is intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether such person uses the Service as a free member.
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote profile to other Members and make use of the SMVS Parinay service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process. By using the Service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information like full name, email, contact details, gender, age, birth date, etc., to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service.
To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.
Eligibility.
Age: To register as a member of SMVS Parinay, you must have the marriageable age as per the laws of India i.e. 18 years or above for females and 21 years or above for males candidate.
Use: SMVS Parinay holds further confirmation that you, intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Account Security.
For maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials you appear during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each active login.
Term and Termination.
- This Agreement will be effective from the moment you sign up for the app and it lasts upto you delete your profile.
- You can terminate the services anytime by deleting your profile.
- SMVS Parinay may terminate your profile for any reason if there is violation of the terms of use, by using the service for commercial purpose, inappropriate communication or activity with other candidate, and for entering invalid profile details.
- SMVS Parinay holds the rights to view the activities of each account and discontinue member on violation of terms.
Content Posted on the Site.
- You agree that SMVS Parinay may delete content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of SMVS Parinay violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either SMVS Parinay and/or its Members.
