19. The Annakut of Acceptance
Insight: Unity exists even within diversity. Happiness follows the one who can see it.
On Sunday, 12 November 2023, beloved Guruji HDH Swamishri came with beloved Harikrishna Maharaj to the New Year blessings assembly at Swaminarayan Dham, Gandhinagar. After the Annakut Arti, Guruji cast His divine vision over all the dishes placed in the Annakut.
In the blessings assembly, Guruji taught the way to think positively and with parbhav even through the Annakut. He said, “In Annakut, there are several dishes. Some are sour, salty, sweet or bitter. Some may even be raw or burnt. Yet Shriji Maharaj accepts them with rajipo. In the same way, in the family or in satsang, everyone’s outer nature may appear different. Someone’s nature may seem sharp, salty or bitter. Even then, accept them wholeheartedly, because in their original reality, all are Anadimuktas.”
In this way, even through the dishes of Annakut on New Year’s Day, Guruji showed a unique way to strengthen divine vision. Everyone was immersed in awe.
